The Titleist Forged is a blended iron set for the aspirational player seeking maximum playability and a high, straight ball flight.
Oversize, multi-material long irons ping g15 deliver an easy-up ball flight for maximum distance and forgiveness.
Forged stainless steel body in the 3, 4 Titleist AP2 and 5 irons accounts for nearly 80% of the weight of the clubhead. This locates the majority of the weight around the perimeter for enhanced off-center impact performance.
Thin, Titleist strong face insert in the 3, 4 and 5 irons redistributes 20g of weight to the perimeter and sole of the clubhead for a low, deep center of gravity for superior playability. Titleist AP2
Forged aluminum vibration dampener bar in the 3, 4 and 5 irons reinforces the thin face insert, reduces unwanted vibration and improves sound and feel.
Longer long-iron shafts in the 3 and 4 irons create more dynamic loft and increased clubhead speed for greater distance.

The Titleist 775.CB irons feature multi-material, channel back long irons and cavity back mid and short irons for the aspirational player seeking maximum playability and a high, straight ball flight. The ‘channel’ back long irons (3,4,5) feature a thin face construction that allows mass to be relocated from the face around the perimeter to deliver ‘utility iron’ like performance and playability. The feel, sound and aesthetics of the Titleist 775.CB clubhead have also been enhanced by the vibration dampener in the channel back design while the #3 and #4 irons are longer than standard to increase dynamic loft, clubhead speed and ultimately distance. The mid-size mid to short irons feature progressive blade heights, blade lengths, offset, sole widths and centre of gravity, Titleist offering a fluid transition from mid to short irons and delivering precise performance, playability and control for all types of approach shots. The Titleist 775.CB irons, as the name suggests, are forged from stainless steel (410) to deliver a soft feel and to offer more custom fit options (length/lie). The iron heads are produced to the very highest quality using a very precise six step forging process delivering very precise head shape, structure and weight tolerances.


The Titleist 775CB irons are ideal for the mid-handicapper because they provide great feel combined with forgiveness. The forged heads combined with the vibration dampener really do give the feeling of effortless hitting. The heads look a nice size at address with a small offset giving you lots of confidence throughout the set. The long irons are particularly good, as with most Titlesit cavity backed sets. On the downside, we found that the trajectory was a little on the high side for our tastes, but overall a very good club.
